How much do you charge for digitizing?
We offer flat-rate embroidery digitizing pricing so you always know the cost upfront. Our digitizing charges are affordable and based on design complexity, not stitch count. How much do you charge for editing?
We do not charge for the editing we do, but we do charge for the size of the design that is being edited due to the stitches being changed. If the size change is so large that the design has to be made anew, there will be a charge. Also, if there is a major addition to an embroidery design, there will be a charge. There will be no charge for any minor editing, no matter how many times it is done, and we cooperate with our customers as much as possible.

How do i know my digitized file is ready? Where do I download my files from?
When you submit your image after completion of your order you got an detailed email with proof of stitches (PDF File & Jpeg) which shows how many stitches are used to make perfectly your design and in our same mail shows the price of your design according to our prices which we are quote on our website. When you pay us via PayPal so at the same time you got the raw files download link.
The file i downloaded is a zip, what should i do?
Please download WinZip here and install it. Once it has been installed it will automatically pop up and do its job whenever you double-click on a zipped file.
Can i use the digitized file on any fabric?
We specifically digitize a design with the fabric in mind. The fabric will dictate type of underlay, push-and-pull compensation and density that the digitizer must address in creating the design. If the design is going on a multitude of fabrics, edits for the other fabric types are done. Not all fabrics require edits.
Can i buy a design that someone else ordered before?
No, we cannot sell you any design ordered by someone else your all designs are confidential and safe. In our website which designs are showing it is not be able to download it even print it. It is totally secured and the designs are shows after confirmation through their buyers or creators.
Do you keep backups of client’s files?
Yes, backups are available within your account panel for 60 days.
Which type of artwork format is acceptable?
We accept the following file formats: jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, .png, .dxf, .emf, .wmf, .pdf, .cdr, .psd cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, ect. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), please be sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first. Otherwise we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent.
What Embroidery formats do you offer?
We can offer you all major formats a few of which are: DST, EXP, CND, DSB, DSZ, KSM, T01, T03, T04, T05, T09, XXX, EMT, EMB, TAP, SEW, JEF, HUS, PES, PEC, PCS, PCD, PCQ, CSD and many others as client requirement.
How do you ensure quality?

Do I need to submit professional artwork?
As with every part of digitizing process, we need clear & big images because when you send us clear image so we are easily able to digitize your design without any fault. All we really need is a relatively clear image with the color separations.
Can you cope with a rough artwork or a garment to copy?
Yes, we accept rough artwork, but it is a time consuming process because when we punch it so client’s instantly make some changes in digitized which takes time so it is better for you if you give us a clear image files.
How do I upload my artwork?
Uploading your artwork is simple and convenient. Just visit our website and click on “Order Now.” You’ll be directed to an order form where you can fill in the required details and easily upload your artwork file. How do I know if my artwork is ok?
Once you have submitted your artwork, your artwork will be thoroughly checked and processed by our audit staff which is shown in our Workflow Page
What is the most important Information that I need to send along with the Artwork?
All the important information is collected while you place an order on Order Now Page, but you have to be fill carefully. Means you have to verify first the required size of Logo and Design and provide us Fabric Details also to make your design according your Fabric to get your ordered design perfectly.
What is your turnaround time? When will i get my file ready?
If the artwork is complete and has passed our audit check, our typical turnaround time is 2 to 24 hours. This depends on the level of detail of the design, however if you would like to digitize your artwork as a priority, we do not charge any additional fees for this.
How do I avail the free trial?
