Credits and Refund Policy
Once you have our files, there is no way to “return” it. Thus NO REFUNDS will be accepted. Designs are made as per order. The customer must be careful entering the design size, Embroidery Skill will not give credits or refunds over any design if the dimensions had been entered incorrectly by the customer. We provide 30 days free editing as a standard, if any thing requires an adjustment for better stitching it shall be done free of cost.
A Refund is only possible if the files provided by Embroidery Skill are not able to produce a good quality product after the customer has given chances to Embroidery Skill to edit the files, and this is proven by the Embroidery Skill management itself making an in house sample sew out of the files produced for the customer. Full refunds if any are sent in full.
