Embroidery Refund and Returns Policy
At Embroidery Skill, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we provide custom digital embroidery digitizing services, all files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once the final design has been delivered and approved. Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details, including size and format requirements.
However, we offer up to 30 days of free revisions to ensure the design stitches correctly on the intended fabric. If any adjustments are required for better stitching results, our team will revise the file at no additional cost.
In rare cases where the delivered embroidery digitizing file fails to achieve acceptable stitching quality even after multiple revisions, and the issue is confirmed through our internal quality testing, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.
