- Pricing can change without prior notice.
- Signup’s with free email addresses (like yahoo, msn, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL and all others) are acceptable but if you sign up with your@yourdomain.com to easily recognize each other it is better for both of us.
- Our Digitized Design editing is free and Company’s Years Changing Logo editing is also free.
- Downloadable Electronically Transmitted Products: Due to the electronic nature of our digitized designs refunds are not issued on downloadable products. However, replacements and credits are gladly issued in the case of corrupt files or if there is a problem from our end.
- The fee for editing files that have not been digitized by Embroidery Skill will be charged & rate decided by Embroidery Skill according to complexity of design.
- Size change (Up-Size) orders will be charged only the difference of stitches between the original design and the up-sized design but if design want in 50% or 100% bigger so client will be charged according our plan.
- Size change (Down-Size) will be charged according our plan as an edit if the reduce is near to 50% as it takes more work to change and adjust the design for the smaller version.
- Payments can be made via – PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa order.
- Sew outs if ordered will be done unlimited number of times, until your design sews out perfectly. The sew out will be judged by Embroidery Skill and a scan of the final sew out will be sent to the client. 6~8 hours in addition to the selected turnaround time will be taken for sew outs.
- Designs are made as per order. Please be carefully while entering the design size, Embroidery Skill will not give credits over any design if the dimensions had been entered incorrectly by client.
- All orders are made with perfection, however it is your responsibility to check and proof view the design prior to going into production. Run the design as a sample and have changes made to it if need be. Embroidery Skill will in no way is liable for any losses occurred due to errors in design that were not requested to be edited before production.
- Designs/Orders are made effort within the time frame chosen by you. Embroidery Skill will not be hold responsible for any time that is affected by unforeseen natural or technical problems. However we will compensate with the urgent fees if any.
- When we send your ordered design so we attached PDF (Plotter) & Jpeg (Sew out) to check first these two files carefully according to your requirement when you satisfied from our digitized design so you pay us first before getting production files when you pay us via PayPal so we send you your digitized design production files after download of your Production Files after that your payment is non-refundable.
- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Embroidery Skill. This material Includes,but is not limited to, the text, design, layout, appearance, photographs and graphics. Reproduction of part or parts thereof is prohibited.
